I have finally figured out the problem. I have changed locale to en-UTF8 with raspi-config. After that everything is visible as it should be. Thank you.

i installed fresh new omv on another raspberry pi device, i created an smb share and tested. i worked just fine. i compared samba configuration files (smb.conf), there were nothing wrong in my first system. i have also conpared /etc/openmediavault/config.xml files on both systems and these files are almost same, nothing wrong here too. Now i am stuck, what can i do more? Nothing looks wrong

There are some other options in Windows explorer which you could try to disable just for curious:
- "Hide extensions for known file types"
- "Hide protected system files"
I have a lot of files with spaces in the name and I can see them all. But I have disabled all "Hide"-options in Windows.
i have already tried these, still same. Not all files with space are invisible, only some file formats. For example for rar files, files are visible with space in their filenames. I have no idea what to try next.

Could you please post the output of ls -lisa. Maybe a permission problem.

also, after disabling sharedfolders with "OMV_SHAREDFOLDERS_DIR_ENABLED="NO"" parameter, i have checked smb.conf file, it shows full path for all shares like: "/srv/dev-disk-by-label-Disk1/Roms/"

Thank you for your answer. I have disabled sharedfolders, but omv only allows me to create directory under /sharedfolders while trying to create a new smb share. I followed the path on web interface: Services -> SMB/CIFS -> Shares -> Add
How can i use full path?

Hello there,
I searched and tried many things but i cannot solve my problem. Whenever i try to copy some file formats to my smb share they became invisible. For example .gdi and .zip files are not visible while .rar files are visible. These invisible files are visible in linux terminal. I have added an example screenshot. I have enabled visible hidden and system files. Same problem occurs while accessing folder from a linux pc or an adnroid phone too.
