  • Snapraid is not listed under plugins on new installation of OMV 5.x

    hi all,

    I am new to openmediavault, matter of fact just finished building a small machine for my office with 3 drives. an ssd for the OS and 1 8TB drive and 1 10TB drive.

    One of the main reason i decided to use openmediavault for my home office is because at present i got only 3 drives and of different sizes and i saw that i could use snapraid to have the 8TB be backed up to the 10TB drive, till i can get more drives.


    But i am not seeing the snapraid under plugins when i do a search for it. Is it that snapraid has been removed totally from OMV or am i missing something else to have access to the snapraid plugin ?


    If it has been removed, what other options can i use in its place?
