Hi all,
am running OMV Erasmus 3.0.95 (fresh install and working well). I have an external (ext3 formatted) USB hard drive, which I had used for weekly backups under OMV 2.I installed usbmount to automatically mount the USB drive when its turned on. This works fine. Now I wanted to use rsync to create a weekly backup (which I had done before when running OMV 2). However, I can't select the drive to create a shared-folder. I looked at the /etc/fstab ... its not listed there ... do I manually have to add it? Is it because of the different mount points? Confused

okay fixed it myself
found the liblchown-perl.list file in var/lib/dpkg/info/
and removed about a million @^ in the last line .... very weird how they got there???
anyway, all's working again.

Everything was going well for more than a year now, but today I tried to update and keep getting this error (running stone-burner 2.2.14)
dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting: files list file for package 'liblchown-perl' is missing final newline Creating index of upgradeable packages ... Creating index of openmediavault plugins ... E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)
Cant seem to locate liblchown-perl, any help much appreciated.
