sorry, but i think that problem is to try ZFS on a i386 system, remember ZFS only works on x64 system.
Issue is that I have i368 in my /var/lib/dpkg/arch

Btw, can be closed, thanks for helping me look into the right direction ryecoaaron, you were right with saying the issue was in APT
Figured the issue for the Err https://dl.bintray.com wheezy/main amd64 Packages
apt-cacher-ng was not correctly forwarding requests.
Still getting the
W: Failed to fetch http://archive.zfsonlinux.org/debian/dists/wheezy/Release Unable to find expected entry 'main/binary-i386/Packages' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)
however, even with completely disabling apt-cacher-ng
Apt-clean is actually the one that getting the error
For testing dns I did a wget on the same file that failed through apt...

No problems there
When enabling the ZFS plugins from the omv-extras and doing an apt-clean I keep running into the following error
W: Failed to fetch http://archive.zfsonlinux.org/debian/dists/wheezy/Release Unable to find expected entry 'main/binary-i386/Packages' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)
W: Failed to fetch https://dl.bintray.com/openmediavault-plugin-developers/stoneburner-zfs/dists/wheezy/main/binary-amd64/Packages The requested URL returned error: 403
W: Failed to fetch https://dl.bintray.com/openmediavault-plugin-developers/stoneburner-zfs/dists/wheezy/main/binary-i386/Packages The requested URL returned error: 403
Browsing to the website doesn't have these issues however.
I reinstalled omv-extras as well, command line upgrade also has the same problems.
One error I seem to be getting is
sander@openmediavault:~$ php

So it is getting the index page, but nothing is returned.
Wish I knew what happened ...
In theory if I reinstall OMV will it detect LVM / Raid ?

Just to make things clear
I upgraded from 1.0.22, not from 0.5
Everything was in order before.
Apache is still installed but isn't running. Confirmed with ps aux | grep apache
Still need it for other things.
Ports.conf isn't listening on the port that nginx is using for the web interface
Yes doesn't even have any source code.
Looking into /var/logs/... I do see the browser trying to access the web server but after that nothing
Lol. Yes I have, multiple times even!
That is good. No bad configuration in nginx.
Do you see any errors after the following commands:
<code class="inlineCode">monit stop omv-engined</code>
<code class="inlineCode">omv-engined -df</code>
No output at the stop
starting give me the following:
