Apologies, this has been solved by removing the entries in the OMV config XML file.

Having reinstalled OMV, I am now seeing the same volume appearing three times when I come to add a Shared Folder and select volume.
The volume is only listed once in Physical Disks and Filesystems, and indeed in the fstab.
TIA

OK, will do. I was hoping for something that entailed less downtime, but such is life.
Cheers (and stay "cool")

Looking for some help here please.
I'm running OMV 0.4.38 in a busy corporate environment (so downtime is an issue), and currently the web interface reports an error when I try and access Filesystems, Shared Folders or RAID Management. I have tried different web browsers, but with no success.
The error is as follows:
An error has occured
And the details:<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<html><head>
<title>500 Internal Server Error</title>
</head><body>
<h1>Internal Server Error</h1>
<p>The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request.</p>
<p>Please contact the server administrator,
[no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred,
and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error.</p>
<p>More information about this error may be available
in the server error log.</p>
</body></html>Could anyone please advise me how to fix this? Ideally without a rebuild if t all possible.
Thanks in advance
Mark
