    Hello,

    thanks for your answer.

I have tried to update chroot again with:

    # Chroot.
    chroot /target
    # Replace [a-z] with the drive you want to install grub to.
    # This is normally the drive you've selected to install OpenMediaVault on.
    grub-install /dev/sd[a-z]
    # Update GRUB.
    update-grub
    # Exit chroot.
    exit
    # Exit shell.
    exit

    but it´s not starts.

My hope is, that i have an easy instalation. The reality ís harder :(
I have not CD to burn a netinstall. I have no idea, how it goes on.

    thanks

Hallo, my name is Tino and i am a German with bad English skills :P

i have a System build for SOHO NAS with following components:

    Mainboard Asrock N3150 ITX
    Ram 4 GB
    PSU PicoPSU
Systemdrive Mach Xtreme MX-ES Ultra USB3 SLC 16 GB

At the installation there is the GRUB2 error every Time!

What i do to elliminate this error is:

    - the USB Stick plug on other ports
    - change other USB installation Sticks, USB 2.0 and 3.0

the path is every time correctly with /dev/SDA but the Error come again
