wiped by "Storage >Disks" and by removing the disk from device and under ubuntu fdisk /dev/sdX d command.
Confirming by lsblk that there are no partitions left on the drives.

Tried as you suggested.
Still no disks detected.
Went as far as reinstalled OMV4, update, install extras, install proxmox,reboot, update again, reboot, install zfs, reboot.
Still same empty look, no disks found. -

Hey,
After the recent updates i found out that all my VM's are limited to 2mbit download speeds, yet upload is fine as perfect.
Tried already restarting vm's and the host aswell, nothing changed.
At host level it performes perfectly, 100mbit to internet and 1gig to lan, but inside VM speeds are limited to 2mbit only.
Any suggestions? -

Okey, reseted the ACL changes i tried to do.
Assigned Privileges only
User 1 can read/write to share User1 and not into User2 shares
User 2 can read/write to share User2 and not into User1 shares
But it seems either user can still see into others share folder, including reading and writing there. -

So what am i trying to do here now is, to have a 1 main folder called Backups and inside that folder each user has their own folder where windows backups automatically uploads their files.
It goes like this :
Backups/User1
Backups/User2
Backups/User n...
But i dont want any of the users be able to write/read into other users folders, this is mainly because of anykind of malware(ransom) etc..So help a newb out, how to create a system like this?
Atm, i have created all of the users and share folder inside the backup folder for them.
But all users are able to see all the other users files aswell. -

So im switching over from old athlon computer to a new server grade machine :
Dell PowerEdge T430
Intel Xeon E5-2620v3 6c/12T
32GB DDR4 ECC 2133MT/s
Dell PERC H330
6x4TB WDC Red NasWare HDD
2xGbit networkAnd problem is that current Stable version, isnt detecting any HDD attached to the machine.
All drives are on NON-Raid passthrough mode
Does it things, asks for root password to setup, lan etc etc and when its should detected the disks, its goes red and gives error : No disk drives found.So i googled a bit, and some suggested using plain debian and then install omv on top of it. Turns out Debian 7 cant see any of my drives either, but Debian 8 can. The forum people here say, "Dont even try to install it on Deb.8" So what now? Sticky stuck situation
So i tried to use the current BETA version and voila, drives are found and can be used. But then soon stumbled on multiple problems.
1. After doing "updates" it breaks itself, no longer can search any updates
2. Under plugins there are critical plugin missing : VirtualBox that i need.
3. ZFS plugin is missing too.So any way to solve any of this?
