You can customize the setting by using the OMV_CPUPOWER_GOVERNOR environment variable. To deploy run the configuration use

Since you don’t sound too CLI comfortable. If you do choose to go hunting for the compose files. You might find winscp handy. (Since you mentioned putty I assume you are on windows). Winscp uses ssh to give a windows like file browser.
