Why are you sharing omv's html directory via samba? This is not a great idea. If you must use OMV's nginx instance, you should create another location in /etc/nginx/openmediavault-webgui.d//etc/nginx/openmediavault-webgui.d/ -

virt-manager is actually available in homebrew on macos - https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/virt-manager
But as mentioned, the docker container would be easier and works well. -

Virt-manager is a docker container that you access via a web browser. You don't need a local install on your mac. There is a example config in the compose plugin.
If you are doing things with virtual machines, it is ver beneficial to have it running as… -

An update to this old thread, the fix regarding resolved.conf is still working (new omv8 installation).
I have installed technitium dns server with docker in host network mode because i use dhcp.
Of course port 53 is already in use by… -

An update to this old thread, the fix regarding resolved.conf is still working (new omv8 installation).
I have installed technitium dns server with docker in host network mode because i use dhcp.

Oh my!
I found a way to get the noVNC console to work... But it's not intuitive... and it seems there is a small bug there, because I had to change a port number to get the Start button functional...
