    Just an update. I the card did plug and play and worked great. Eventually disabled on board nic port on mobo.

    Without knowing what you are trying and any details about the local and remote systems, it is really hard to tell you what to try. And when you get 500 errors, is there no error message in the bell at the top right of the omv web interface?
