I tried step by step each command from this guide:

Try a value like 127 for a test. You have to set it for all drives before you apply the change,
Last option is to edit config.xml.
Make a backup of that file before you start editing.

my mistake google Gemini gave me solution, the thing is i have to put the cg group thing in the same line in boot/firmware/cmdline. yes the above link which i shared works just have to put in the same line. thanks for everyone who helped.
