    The rm only remove the container.
    If you're concerned about losing DATA, having a backup will give you safety.

    I was reading in the forum and it seems quite straightforward, I recreated the container using autocompose and I stopped the original plex container, but I get the following error message when I start the new one:

    If that is your goal then your only path is to upgrade 5->6->7. As stated already, this will be very difficult, and likely not to succede. But you have nothing to lose by trying if and only if you try this on a copy of your existing installation.
