I guess virtio-mem isn't supported by anything other than the Linux 5.8 and newer kernels. https://virtio-mem.gitlab.io/user-guide/

You will have to upgrade 5 to 6 to 7. You cannot upgrade directly from 5 to 7. -

RaspiOS had a x86 version to download.
It's desktop version only so you won't be able to run OMV unless you uninstall all GUI apps. -

I can only login to UI after I restart the server. I may start with reinstalling the OS. I'm not running any VMs nor am I using any containers. This is strickly a NAS for my home use. I looked in the BIOS and found nothing that would give me a reason… -

In the end I disabled those notifications altogether (OMV6) which isn't ideal, I wish I could've just been notified when security updates were installed but in the end it wasn't worth the annoyance I just don't get notified period.

Created a Raid1 with 2* 2TB SATA HDD. Drives are detected properly. there is no error related to the mounting. Raid1 Synch is OK. Its EXT-4.
But I am not able to configure a shared folder out of this storage. Its not getting listed in the shared… -

I would like to configure OMV to use DoH (most specifically, Quad9 DoH), with Quad9 classic DNS to resolve the DoH. But I don't understand how the DNS settings of OMV work and if it is compatible with DoH or not.
Could someone enlighten me ?
