SQL Server not starting.

  • This is the error i get.. I dunno where to start, but what does teamspeak have to do with the SQL?

There are also some errors regarding mysql when i update packages with the updateservice. I think it may have been a recent mysql update, when the errors first showed..(?)

Looks like the teamspeak init script is causing problems.

    omv 7.0.5-1 sandworm | 64 bit | 6.8 proxmox kernel

    plugins :: omvextrasorg 7.0 | kvm 7.0.13 | compose 7.1.6 | k8s 7.1.0-3 | cputemp 7.0.1 | mergerfs 7.0.4

omv-extras.org plugins source code and issue tracker - github - changelogs

And when i try to start mysql i get the error in the first post still.. Err.. So..

    Edit:

Removing and installing MySQL didnt help. Encountered errors when doing both:
No errors showing when its gone tho... Exept it still wants to install mysql-server-5.5 when installing a random plugin..

    Zitat

    dpkg: error processing mysql-server (--configure):
    dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
    Errors were encountered while processing:

I missed it in your first post but it looks like the arkdaemon script is causing the problems. No idea what arkdaemon is...

  • Reinstalled. Fresh install. Enabeling SQL management site:

Now at least it is running.. But i guess i cant make the users i need, unless they are already in the data folder from the last database... (?)

Yes, it did read databases and users from last installation. :)
Temporary workaround for changing the bind ip:
    /etc/mysql/conf.d/openmediavault-mysql.cnf
