omv keeps restarting after shutdown

Hi together,

I did a fresh install of omv 2.1 on an Acer Aspire easystore H341 (formely known as "Windows Home Server", Network controller: Gigabit (10/100/1000) Marvell Yukon 88E8071).
I used the installation guide under

and installed it on an SLC USB stick.

So far all good but shutting it down does not work. It automatically restarts after 1-2 sec. right after shutdown when I use the power button or go via the menu in the web interface.
Having set up autoshutdown this results in an endless loop - very annoying.

I read the thread under
When my OMV box is scheduled to shutdown... it restart right after
and deactivated WOL in the (very rudimentary) BIOS but it did not help.

I also tried changing the BIOS settings under "After Power Failure": Stay Off/Last State/Power On. But it did not help.

Does anyone have the same problem?

I installed and booted the backports kernel
Debian GNU/Linux, with Linux 3.16.0-0.bpo.4-amd64
but it did not help.

The hardware is rather old anyway.

Logging into the server and a manual"shutdown -h now" does not help either. After 2 sec. the omv boots up again.I will try the last post on this thread tonight

Server starts on its own after shutdown (Asus H87I-Plus)

and see if it works.

I tried all three quirks stated in the referenced port but none of them worked. Did anyone resolve this issue otherwise?

I accidently found out that the NAS stays off after shutdown if I use DHCP instead of a static IP in the network settings.
