in-depth internet analysis

Hi guys,
I was searching for a really in.depth internet analysistic program
The integrated one only tells me the ingoing and outgoings data.
I need also to know:
1) Min, max and average upload/download speed
2) which program generated those traffic.
I need to know those things only about my NAS, I don't need to analys my entire lan.
There is a plug-in like that? if there isn't, there is a program with a webgui that can do that?
