Dell OMSA web interface

I have a Dell Poweredge 1850 with a perc 6e controller connected to a MD1000 storage unit. Drives were installed and configured from the initial boot up of the perc 6e interface prior to OMV booting.

I installed the Dell Openmanage System (OMSA) into openmediavault (ver 2.1 x64) without issues. Updated all files.
I am unable to access the web interface , supposed to be at http://HTTPS://IP-OMV:1311
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I configured the OMV for ssh & added the storage drives from MD1000. So I can see the unit. In fact I can ssh into the OMV and use the Dell OMSA cli to view the storage array.

Any guidance appreciated.

OMV web portal is working on regular "http and on https".

The Dell Openmanage web portal is not accessible "https://ip-omv:1311".

So doing some online searching revealed a solution. It is actually working, however it's a browser issue. I was using chrome and firefox.
Switched to Midori and TLS1.0 , revealed the web portal.
