Bad update, 403 forbidden, no web access

i tried updating my nas via the gui and after one i now get 403 Forbidden on the website after reboot.

tried restarting nginx but still 403, upgraded debian via ssh, still 403

i have ssh access and here are my plugins:

rc openmediavault 2.2.8 all Open network attached storage solution
ii openmediavault-keyring 0.4 all GnuPG archive keys of the OpenMediaVault archive
rc openmediavault-minidlna 1.1 all OpenMediaVault miniDLNA (DLNA server) plugin
rc openmediavault-subsonic 1.0.5 all A web-based music streamer, jukebox and Podcast receiver
rc openmediavault-virtualbox 1.3 all VirtualBox plugin for OpenMediaVault.

can i unplug all raid drives, reinstall omv via usb, re plug in the raid array and re import to fresh omv?

Hi The IP has not changed still the same

im all set, reinstall 2.0 upgraded all packages, plugged the array back in, mounted, made shares, set acls

now to upgrade to 3!
