Memory detection - Ram Modules or Motherboard dead ?

Hello everyone, first of all, i would like to thanks all active members on this forums, i has helped me a lot already, but i have one more issue i cannot seem to work around, there it is:

Only one of my 2Gb DDR3 Stick is detected by the system (they appear in BIOS fine (8Gb Total))

I'm Running OMV 3.0.99 Erasmus

My current config is :
Mobo: Asrock 970Rev2.0 + FX 4100 BE
Ram: 1*4Gb stick + 2*2 Gb Sticks
Cg: 760GTX
HDD: Hitachi 7200 164Gb (OMV) + (3*1To+2*2To) Data

I have already perform:
-Fresh install
-Switch Ram module
-New Ram modules
-Upgrade for test, same result, going back to 3.0.99
-Bios Update
-Clear CMOS
