Can not start/use iSCSI

Does not exist Service iscsitarget
Execution failed Service iscsitarget

I installed. I purged. Installed the backport. Removed the backport... nothing helped.
I searched forums, google etc...

Can someone help me please?

PS My Linux knowledgde is very small
