So i decide to upgrade OMV to 1.13 and everything went ok but for some reason the web gui doesnt show up anymore. The ip address load the default Apache index file.

read that and i already tried onv-firstaid but still no web-gui.
openmediavault-webgui not even available in /etc/apache2/site-enabled
If you had just run the 6 commands that aaron posted in that thread...

I installed OMV recently, formated drives and set up shares
after server restart i cannot connect to web gui (i read many threads on forums - nothing)
this is what I get when I try 6 commands described above
root@orangepi:/home/poldo# service apache2 stop
apache2: unrecognized service
root@orangepi:/home/poldo#
?? shoul I install apache2 ?? or what else shoul I do ??

just created the missing directory
mkdir /var/log/nginx
and it works now
