I am using the Plex plugin the stream my movies located on the same NAS as the Plex Server. I am curious though if I can have Plex stream the movies from my older NAS as well. I cant run Plex Server on the older NAS because if is not powerful enough. The older NAS is independent of the NAS running PMS.

If you use the remoteshare plugin, you could mount a share on the other NAS via nfs or samba. Then you could use that mount point in Plex.

Using the plugin but am having a bit of trouble The IP address of my other NAS is 192.168.1.137
But when I hit apply I get the following

Maybe you need a username and password to access it instead of guest? Make sure that is the right share name as well.
