I have some problems with OMV and my HDDs. (I attached a screenshot)
The first entry is an old filesystem (is it possible to delete this one?)
Have anybody an idea why the 2.-8. entries are empty?!
It works again after a reboot for a while

Are you plugging in USB drives, mounting them and then not unmounting them before unplugging?
The mhddfs entry? Did you uninstall the unionfilesystems plugin?
Did you delete the pool in the unionfilesystems plugin?
Yes, there is only one entry for media/398952cb-4512-44fb-8e23-5464f6d9a62d
You will delete the other entry from /etc/openmediavault/config.xml manually. It can be tricky to figure out which is correct one though.

I think the lines 780-789 are the problem, right? 
780-789 might be the problem but I don't see the entries for the individual drives. You should have a mntent entry for each individual drive and one for each unionfilesystem pool.

I copied only the lines/part with "mhddfs"
Then definitely delete 780-789. Make a backup of config.xml just in case.
