i recently installed OMV on my RPI 3b+ with a 4tb harddrive, and i have a problem that i cant transfer files on it becouse it says that the file size is too big, idk what i should do now, can someone help me?

What filesystem is on the 4tb drive? How big is the file you are trying to transfer?
It is vfat and the folder with the files is like 9mb

vfat (fat32) does have a 4gb file size limit. Not sure what protocol you are trying to transfer with but 9mb should work unless it is read only (giving wrong error message). You really should use a native linux file system though.

That doesn't really show if you have permissions at the filesystem level. And since vfat doesn't support most of Linux permissions, you are going to have problems with this.

Wipe the drive in the Physical Disks tab and format in the Filesystems tab. There is no way to convert fat32 to ext4 directly.
