Help a newb out with shares and cifs

  • So what am i trying to do here now is, to have a 1 main folder called Backups and inside that folder each user has their own folder where windows backups automatically uploads their files.
    It goes like this :
    Backups/User1
    Backups/User2
    Backups/User n...
But i dont want any of the users be able to write/read into other users folders, this is mainly because of anykind of malware(ransom) etc..

So help a newb out, how to create a system like this?
Atm, i have created all of the users and share folder inside the backup folder for them.
But all users are able to see all the other users files aswell.

  • Thanks for reply,
