How to activate IPv6 via MACVLAN on additional network (eht0)?

Hello guys,

I would like to add IPv6 to an additional network on my server network port (eht0). For IPv4 it works like that:

But how do I add IPv6 addresses to the new network host "test"?!

Any help is appreciated, I have a dual stack WAN connection and want to use pihole for adblocking.
For IPv4 it works already, but since all my network devices are using IPv6 as well, the do every DNS query preferred via IPv6 (RFC standard) and such bypass everything IPv4 configured / based.

From what I now about IPv6, the link local address fe80::.... is used for routing/dns. Does anyone now how to configure or find out in docker?
