Can I remove quota service entirely from OMV5?

    As far as I know, it is disabled when not using the quota features in the web interface. The service isn't running on my systems.

    If quotas are not possible to disable so what should I do with service failing during startup:

    I am on nanopi neo2 witm OMV 5.3.8-1 (armbian kernel 4.19.63-sunxi64, debian buster)

    This problem showed up after OMV 5.3.8-1 upgrade.
