ZFS import error

Im having a difficult time after replacing the main HDD and trying to import my zfs pool. Below is the error message that I am getting

/dev/zfs and /proc/self/mounts are required.
Try running 'udevadm trigger' and 'mount -t proc proc /proc' as root.
