shares not accessible from virtual machine

    I have a work station running Windows 10. On Hyper V I have an virtual machine running with Windows XP Pro. On an other computer I have installed OpenmediaVault and on which I have shared some folders [To keep it simple everybody has access]. On Windows 10 under Network de shares are accessible. On the Virtual Machine however it seem impossible to connect to the shares. I can ping the computer with OMV, but the requested user name and password always fail. Any views why it does not work?

    I won't mention that you shouldn't be using WinXP but smb1 protocol is disabled by default. That is enough of a clue to search the forum if you still want to enable it.
