FTP doesn't work after restart. Toggling it off and on creates an error. Doing it again works.

I'm getting this error when trying to re-enable FTP after a restart. Not sure what I've done wrong this time. I'm using OMV 5.4.3

I have to re-enable this twice to get FTP working. How do I fix this?

Added error log as attachment because It's too long.
