2 Issues: Apt-Get Update reporting "Certificate Verification Failed" and all of a sudden all docker containers lost write permission

TLDR: All my containers used to work. Now, despite me doing no changes, they all report 'read only filesystem' and are unable to write to their mapped folders. All folders in question have permissions like this, and dockeruser is the UID / GID I specify for my containers.
drwxrwsrwx+ 3 dockeruser users
The folks over at LinuxServer discord suggest that since they all failed simeultaneously, its likely a problem with the OS environment I'm running, which is OMV 5.
I attempted to perform an 'Apt Update' but it returned the following:
