im a total beginner in omv and dockers and was working purely by a tutorial.
but im looking for some help:
im trying to get lancache (a steam download cache) to work.
i did a fresh install of OMV5 and updated it via WebInterface.
installed omv-extras (docker and portainer for monitoring)
downlaoded the lancache container and lancache-dns container.
problem is: lancache-dns needs port 53 and its blocked by OMV
i solved this temporarily by setting up a second ip address (vlan) and pointed the config (.env) file of lancache to it.
i already set the right ip on my windows machine and the caching worked fine, until i rebooted the omv machine.
after rebooting i couldnt connect or ping the omv machine from any other device in my network.
omv-firstaid and reconfiguring the NIC is the only thing that help.
