Hello everyone,
I am a recent installer of this OMV product and what can I say other than amazing. Just one little issue..
My info:
Installed on a Raspberry Pi3
I have a SMB Share 1.2.3.4/NAS/Movies
I can play movies remotely through the Oculus SkyBox app
Changed the OMV port to 29
I want to go on holiday and take the oculus with me and well watch movies remotely
So my ISP blocks me setting up port forwarding to 445 / 138 brilliant.
Has anyone got any solutions to allow me to be able to just watch some movies on my Oculus being away?
from googling for a few days, I don't THINK the oculus can SSH tunnel. I saw someone mention on my browsing travels that you can set up a forwarder on the Pi itself with no explanation, reasoning, or guides. Someone also mentioned about DLNA and use BigScreen app? not seen anything further on this either.
I dont know, Im kind of hoping someone has been in the same boat and can give a suggestion.
