Issues with clean, degraded drives

New to linux and OMV; having some issues with the status of my RAID0

Here are the 5 relevant outputs:

As I say, I'm new to this; I attempted to troubleshoot and find myself stuck and confused at the moment.

It's not obvious to me what the issue is.

when I do a simple lsblk:

I attempted to use mdadm -add to add the third device with /dev/md0 and it seemed to work. Through the web console, I could see that it was recovering but after recovery, it stills showing as clean, degraded but the very confusing thing to me is when I check the disks, I see that the device name has changed. The device above "sdd" was previously "sdc". I tried the same command again and at the moment the device shows as "sde". Not sure if this is a red herring?

Thank you and my apologies. You are correct, it is RAID1 (mirror).

The setup is basic: 1x SSD for OS, 2x 1TB HDD's for storage shown below in the snip.

/dev/sdb is the OS drive

I originally did the install and setup 12 months ago but never got around to using the system (or making major changes to the system).

And sorry yes, the machine itself was built a while ago and is a bit of a frankenstein so I don't have the specific hardware details of the top of my head.

I see, that's fair. Do you think it's a software/installation issue in this case? When I first did the install 12 months ago, I do remember having the same RAID state hence why I never used the system. I tried using different drives at the time I think with no luck so this might be the best option anyway.
