Setup openmediavault-nut - USB permission problem with my APC 750 and

With one of the last updates I the system has a USB permission problem with my APC 750i.

After a long research on the Internet to find a reason for the error and testing, I suspect that it is the USB cable.

After plugging in the USB cable several times, I see the two errors in the output of dmesg:
