Install OMV on Raspberry pi B+

  • Hello,

    I just downloaded "omv_1.6_a_rpi.img.gz" from the site and tried draging it on my SD-Card. When I booted my Pi I got nothing but blackscreen, so I tried writing it with win32 disk imager but again I got blackscreen.
    Does anyone have a solution?

    You have to uncompress/extract the image. Use 7-zip before writing the image to the sd card.

    omv 7.0.5-1 sandworm | 64 bit | 6.8 proxmox kernel

    plugins :: omvextrasorg 7.0 | kvm 7.0.13 | compose 7.2 | k8s 7.1.0-3 | cputemp 7.0.1 | mergerfs 7.0.4 | scripts 7.0.1

    omv-extras.org plugins source code and issue tracker - github - changelogs

    There is very little difference between the two images. If you update the 1.0.29 image in the updates tab, you will have the same thing. Not sure why 1.6 won't boot though. Just wrote it to an SD card a hour ago and it works. Maybe you didn't get a good download?
