After the update to OMV5 (Upgrade Scripts for non-interactive major release upgrades (2->3, 3->4, 4->5)) i don't have access to the SSH or the Web Interface.
I've tried OMV-firstaid with no success.
Network seems to work , i can ping it and it can ping another PC

well, i answer : Chente helped me on this topic :stop fuse/mergeFS service , i deleted the merge FS and the update successed ... but now, i don't have SSH or Web Panel ... still looking for them
Yes, you can delete. When you have updated, recreate the group with the same name. The data should be kept on the different disks.
Important not to delete content whatever you do, only shared folders or unionfs merges.

Maybe it's more appropriate to make another topic. I'd like to update OMV4 to OMV5. As we find with people who helped me, (Upgrade Scripts for non-interactive major release upgrades (2->3, 3->4, 4->5)), i can't upgrade my OMV because FUSE / Merge FS service is up. How can i stop it while the upgrade script please ?

thanks, before remove the union file system, i'll wait another advice about it ... i got a copy of my datas on another NAS , but i'd like to avoid a recopy of them ...

If mergerFS wors as I understand you can just remove the union file system, do the update and re-create it.
Have a backup ready.
Maybe someone else can help out from here.

it's my mergeFS ... i don't know how i can stop it during the update :(

my guess: because fuse filesystem driver is used, it seems to be a device using a Windows filesystem (i.e. USB disc or SD card)
that should be removed

Any chance i can find the services who block the script ?
I've see the log file. There is a "unit list" wit status ... maybe i must check something in it ?

So, i have a OMV 4 i'd like to update to 5, i'ive read the 1st post, i don't understand all 
i see alot of infos about V2 to 3 but not V4 to 5.
it's recommanded to make a backup, i don't know how to do it
i got on my OMV 4 a docker that's work since 2 years ... i'd like to save infos on it (it's transmission+ openVPN docker) ... another thing, i got a merge FS, i'd like to not lose my datas on it etc ...
Can someone help me or a guide for dummies ? (or a frenchie here to help me in french 
)
I got another omv on V5 if it can help (i copy datas with RSync every day from OMV4 to OMV5 NAS) with docker too (but other containers)
