Windows doesn't support virtio out of the box. That is why I used the intel gbe hardware. Since a lot of noobs use windows on the kvm plugin, I wouldn't want them to select virtio and not know how to… -

No. global environment variables are for docker compose files. Docker and compose know nothing about the config files and vice versa. There is nothing that will "source" the global environment variable file. -

ryecoaaron Little offtopic, but since I kind of have your attention, one thing I spotted while creating VMs. The initial create screen does ignore any given name for a disk to be created. It does always do default and uses the given VM name.
