    Dann kann es aber auch nicht an OMV liegen wenn ein Rechner im Netzwerk die "Announcements" findet.

    ich habe zu meinem Problem zwar den thread mDNS resolution stopped working within last month gefunden, meine Kenntnisse reichen aber nicht, um mir zu einer Lösung zu verhelfen. Vielleicht hat jemand einen Rat?

    Would be looking at fresh installs of OMV8, which I guess means Debian Trixie. Is that what you're asking or am I misunderstanding?

    You can install restic parallel to OMV and configure it from CLI. There are no conflicts. Restic is just one binary.

    Take the SD card out of the pi and put it in whatever you wrote the SD card with the first time. Use usbimager to make a clone of it. There is your backup. Or you could boot clonezilla on the SD card writing system.

    By the way, the last commit saying it was updated for OMV8 was just a script I ran against all of the plugins. I didn't really update anything on it for OMV8.
