    omv-regen is based on applying an existing OMV configuration to a newly installed system. I have not suggested it in this thread since you have no possibility of installing a new OMV system because you do not have video output.

    Would applying the changes on the WebGUI provide any feedback as far as what the problem is? It is still showing updates need to be applied.

    OMV is still showing Fail.
    Until resolved, you won't be able to continue.
    You can test
    apt install --reinstall -f --dry-run To simulate what will happen.

    Looks like the same result for omv-update:
