    You don't have to reset any permissions. You just need to check the Shared folder in use tab. You have those samba related shared folders. Delete those samba shared folders.

    Install the resetperms plugin and it will tell you what services are associated with each shared folder.

    The problem is that i can't find any service related to them nor delete the shared folder according to OMV.

    You have two missing file systems because you didn't delete the services and shared folders associated with those file systems first. That would be the right step now.

    I managed to change the 2 SSD into EXT4, but now i'm stuck with the old configuration that doesn't go away no matter what i try. I'm starting to think that i should stick to windows ;( Thanks again everyone for the help. I'll keep reading around to find a…
