OwnCloud + OMV 3 on ARM

Hello everyone,

I would like to use OMV 3 in combination with Owncloud. In another thread I've read that there are no plans to include an owncloud plugin to OMV 3 and that it is suggested to use the docker-gui plugin instead and to load owncloud using docker. However, I am running OMV on an arm-based system for which docker(-gui) does not seem to be available.

Does by any chance someone have another idea than trying to cross-compile everything for ARM and hoping the best?

You could install it manually with the nginx plugin.

Did you try nextcloud ? Is it running on OMV ?

sorry, i don't read the arm... but i test omv 3.x with the nginx- and mysql-plugin. I think it work also on an ARM. look here Owncloud 8 and MySQL: alternative approach it is the same with owncloud 9 and nextcloud 9

I can confirm that Owncloud works in OMV3 with ARM cpu devices, I have my Odroid XU4 runing Owncloud well.
