Given a server which was 0.5 OMV.
All plug-ins have been removed.
Has been updated to 1.0.27.3
OMV Extras installed. 1.0.11
Each plug-in works well except openmediavault-transmissionbt.
If you will install the GUI disappears, just a white page comes up and above, Chrome just spins and spins.
The next thing to fix it:
apt-get-purge openmediavault-transmissionbt
apt-get install --reinstall openmediavault
init 6
I'll work on the GUI, but there is no transmissionbt
Where's the problem?
No GUI after install openmediavault-transmissionbt

try to purge the transmission binaries, if remember those are:
transmission-daemon
transmission-common and
transmission-cliThen install again the transmissionbt plugin through the OMV webUI in omv-extras section.
-
I'm in this too!
But it did not help
apt-get-purge openmediavault-transmissionbt removes these components. -
-
ok. But when you install the plugin, do you see the bittorrent section in OMV?
Inside that section when you enable transmission does it give you an error?
How are you trying to access the transmission webUI?
is usually at http://ip_of_nas:9091/transmission/web/ -
No, no!
OMV GUI disappear!
If you try to open a web page: http://omvip nothing comes in only a white page.
Chrome and waiting and waiting and waiting ....... -
If you still have ssh access, you can try an restore OMV webUI with the following command omv-firstaid, second option.
If you still have problems you can submit a full diagnostic report through the same command option number 7. Keep the Id, so one of the mods can look at your log.
Sorry, a full report to the mods isomv-mkconf omvextrasorg sendsupport through ssh, an keep the ID -

Here is the System diagnostic report:

You have two Nics, one is connected to directly to internet (from what is see) the other one doesn't have an IP. Can I ask you from where are you trying to access you OMV?
-
-
First NIC connected to internet (fix ip)
Second NIC connected to local network (not plugged in)
I try connect to First NIC
Now the GUI is work. (if you try connecting)
If you want i install the transmissionbt. -
Ok. But if you're trying to access OMV from your local lan you need the cable plugged to your eth1 nic
-
This is impossible.
This server is far far away from me.
ca 250km
To do this, the only SSH server or Web site can be accessed. -
-
If you OMV webUI is restored you can now try an install transmission plugin through the plugin section in OMV. It is not recommended that you leave the webUI exposed directly to internet. You can use a SOCKS proxy through ssh or a vpn to avoid that. At least change the port to something different than 80.
-
The 80 port the GUI only temporary.
Once you have everything that you want to configure, then move it to another port.
But neither GUI nor SSH can not install the transmissionbt was. -
From your logs I can see you have transmission installed.
You can try and start it through ssh with/etc/init.d/transmission-daemon start
check to see if its running:
ps ax | grep transm
then you can access transmission daemon webUI
-
-
-
Try the command omv-mkconfig transmissionbt and start again the daemon

In my opinion, a mistake somewhere here:
in / var / www / openmediavault / js / OMV / module / admin / service / transmissionbtIf you delete this folder because it comes in the GUI, if during the loading STOP traces in Chrome, then hit the login screen.
From which we get into the GUI.
