[SOLVED] MiniDLNA Problems

Hi,

I am having exactly the same problems in that after upgrading from 0.2.7.4 to 0.3.x to 0.4.x, my MINI DLNA Plugin is non functional.

I un-intsalled the plugin before any updating.

The plugin file seems stuck on openmediavault-minidlna_1.0.23-cvs20111203-static-4_i386.deb

I have followed this post through but dont seem to be getting anywhere and may have made it worse.

Should I just re-install OMV?

I actually just did this on a friend's system. Do this:

apt-get remove minidlna openmediavault-minidlna
wget http://packages.omv-plugins.org/pool/main/m/minidlna/minidlna_1.0.25-2-23~1.gbpdcecf1_i386.deb
wget http://packages.omv-plugins.org/pool/main/o/openmediavault-minidlna/openmediavault-minidlna_0.4-9~1.gbpa4376d_all.deb
dpkg -i minidlna_1.0.25-2-23~1.gbpdcecf1_i386.deb
dpkg -i openmediavault-minidlna_0.4-9~1.gbpa4376d_all.deb

You may get an error about dependencies. If you do, just apt-get -f install

do this now:

apt-get clean

to make sure you have no more problems with old package
