Tried Live Linux (SLAX). Copying from NAS to PC (SLAX) and speeds are around 50MB/s. It is strange... Is it possible that problem is not WIndows but OMV?

OMV may have a sub-optimal setting for your particular setup but on my five production OMV boxes, I have no problems using default samba settings with various flavors of Linux, Win Vista, Win7, Win10 (only 1) clients.

Is it possible to restart the Samba configuration to default setting? Maybe there are some settings wrong, even though I did not change them.

Any time you make a change in the web interface, it re-writes the config file. If you have anything in extra options, remove it. You could turn off logging. Anything else shouldn't affect performance.

Extra options are empty and logging is off. But speed is still slow... Can it be faulty switch (different speeds UL/DL)? Tommorow I test another switch, maybe cable...

Got new information:
Roday I installed new PC with Windows 7 PRO
Now is installed basic Windows 7 Pro with SP1 and basic SW (audio, video player, antivirus, Chrome, burning SW, PDF reader) and speeds are good (around 80MB/s in doth directions)Now I tried to update Windows and check speed from/to OMV
I think the problem is in Windows updates....
