Can OMV read an external USB hard drive?

Background info

Hi I have just done a fresh install of OMV

All my files are currently stored on an external hard drive.

Question

Can I plug a USB hard drive in to my server and copy the files across?

Yes. There is even a plugin called usbbackup that can do it automatically for you.

I just tried to install the USB back up plugin but I get a strange message.

It is pre-downloading package updates. Just wait a bit and it will finish.

I can see the plugin has installed now.

How do I go about using the plugin now it is installed?

How do I move my files from the USB hard drive over the the Server storage drive?
