I did it, it teels me:
0 newly installed, 1 to remove (libjs-extjs5), 1 not upgraded
OMV can't detect network card
-
- OMV 2.x
- gelöst
- Blabla

-
What is the output of:
cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openmediavault.list
dpkg -l | grep openmMaybe it would just be easier to install OMV 3.x...
-
-
There is no space between the - and the l after dpkg. Try it again.
-
my bad!
Now I have:
OMV 1.19
omv-keyring 0.4
omv-omvextrasorg 1.34 -
What are the status letters in the first column? Should be ii
-
yes, all of them are "ii", I didn't know that they're important
-
I would do:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade Let me know what it wants to upgrade -
it creates index of upgradable packages and OMV plugins, then it stop
-
What is the output of: apt-cache policy openmediavault
-
installed 1.19
candidate 2.2.5
version table
2.2.5 0
995 ...link (there is a space between ...public/ stoneburner/main)
*** 1.19 0
100 var/lib/dpkg/status -
Try: apt-get install openmediavault
-
it tells that some packages are impossible to install
openmediavault: Depends: wpasupplicant but it is not going to be installed -
What is the output of: apt-get -f install
On a side note, it would help to get actual output. I know taking a pic is a pain but it helps. You could also enable ssh and use putty (then cut&paste). service ssh start should be all you need.
-
oh man! totally forgot about ssh! sorry I'm a beginner
