Hi, after install Docker on Rapsbian Lite (Raspberry Pi 4) with OMV 5. system is rebooting very slow, about 10 minutes and more. How can I check where is the problem?

Post the output of dmesg.

I think problem is when system is turning off. Sometimes it stuck for ever and I have to unplug power from Pi then it loads normally. Also I have "Communication failure" sometimes when moving on webgui (before Docker installation there were no problems).
I think dmesg will not say too much, system starts normally, dmesg: boot_messages.txt, journalctl journalctl.txt.
Edit: errors often starts when I want to add folder for example on my SMB disk from putty. I ran command mkdir /srv/disk/config/. After that command I don't have access to disk and lot of problems starts.

Here, it happens to me too. I have read the various posts and it seems to concern only the installations of OMV5.
