Cant login to WebGUI after 0.4 -> 0.5 upgrade

I did a upgrade from 0.4 to 0.5 and after that I got an error when loading the WebGUI. I followed this page:

Did you run the cleaning script? You can't have any 3rd party plugins installed.

Can I run this after I done the 0.5 upgrade?
