Noob Q: Existing data on EXT4 drives?

I am migrating from a "generic" Debian 10 server to an OMV server. I have approximately 11 TB of data on two 8 TB EXT4 hard drives.

Can I mount these drives as-is on OMV without wiping/reformatting?

Thanks. The thought of having to move that much data was not a pleasant one. All the goddess I've seen say to wipe and format.

I guess I'll have to keep looking...

One side effect of inheriting drives into a new installation is that the ownership of the files will still be whatever the user ID number they had on the old system. You may have to chown them to reflect the current users or adjust user ID numbers on the new system.
