Why are you worried about this? Servers don't have a lot of packages. So, they hopefully don't have updates all the time. But you do know that OMV is installing security updates automatically now? This makes it even less likely to see updates especially with Debian 11 near release.
If you really question it, click the apt clean button in omv-extras. This will cause all package lists to re-downloaded. If there is no errors in the output and no updates after that, then your system is fully patched.
