Is there a possible way of connecting my Pi-NAS directly to my PC?
in theory, yes but its complex to setup and requires fixed IP addresses for both. If networking isn't your strength I would NOT try it as it asks for disaster later
Building a new NAS (Home use only) Hardware and Software help is needed
